2023 PNW Summer Camp Plank Off
Because training on the Palmer Snowfield followed by an afternoon Plyometric Session was not enough, the athletes at the 2023 PNW SL Camp held a Plank Off to complete the day.
Congratulations to Royce Sharp, SARS for holding his plank for 6 minutes and 20 seconds. Honorable mention goes to Jackson Fretwell, MRST for a 6:00 plank. On the gals side, Jolie Beck, WPSC held her plank for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Honorable mention goes to Lexi Paul, MAC for a 4:10 plank.
