PNSA SPEED CAMP CANCELED
Due to a series of winter storms scheduled to push through the Mt. Hood area
daily until mid next week, MRT in conjunction with MHM and PNSA have decided
to cancel the divisional speed camp which was to run this Friday thru Sunday.
The biggest concern was reliability of the upper lift running on Cascade given
the forecast and with the specific goals established for the camp, it was felt
that it was not reasonable to have the anticipated 100 participants from
around the division come for the unlikely chance at accomplishing any
meaningful training.
All entry checks will be destroyed. There is a possibility that the camp may be
rescheduled, although nothing has been decided at this point.
Please feel free to contact me or Jeff Kai should you have any questions.
Regards,
Nigel Loring
