PNSA Convention Information & Registration

General Information

ON-LINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!

If you plan to attend the Convention and have not registered on-line, please call the PNSA office no later than Thursday, June 5th by 5pm and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We have reserved a block of rooms at a group rate for the convention.  Room rates are $99.95 (single or double occupancy) plus tax per night.   Call the Red Lion directly to book your reservation at either 800.733.5466 or 509.946.7611.   Be sure to mention that you are with the Pacific Northwest Ski Association (PNSA) Convention.   Reservations must be confirmed by May 16, after which un-booked rooms will be released to the general public.

Convention Registration Fee (banquet for 1 included): ..$100.00***

***PNSA Clubs who have paid club dues are entitled to one Convention registration at no charge.
          Please note that you are the club representative when you register on- line.

PNSA and PNSEF Board of Director Election:

Ev Coulter is chair of the nominating committee.  If you would like to run for either the PNSA Board of Directors or PNSEF Board of Trustees, please contact Ev at evcoulter@verizon.net.  
 

If you will be unable to attend the convention (or this portion of the convention), but would like to place a proxy vote, you must be registered for the convention and have paid the convention registration fee of $100.00.  You then must print and submit the proxy form (click here for pdf file). You can send the proxy form to the PNSA office by mail or fax (see top of this page).

Awards:  We recognize deserving PNSA members at  the Awards Banquet on Saturday night.

Scholarships:

Three PNSEF scholarships are awarded annually to PNSA members: the Jane Henry and Dean Palmer Scholarships for college bound athletes and the Bruce Holyoke Scholarship for continuing education for coaches. 

 

To apply for PNSEF scholarships, please provide your personal resume with cover letter, letter of recommendation from a teacher or coach, official transcript, and any other supporting documentation  to the PNSA office no later than May 30th.
